Contracts & Schools
Teaching Contracts
There are three basic kinds of contracts offered.
- Contract A is a part time position teaching a minimum of 20 hours in a Language School each week.
- Contract B involves teaching one kindergarten class 2 1/2 hours every weekday in addition to 18 or more hours of Language School classes.
- Contract C teachers teach kindergarten 25 hours per week in the morning and afternoon and may also have a few Language School classes.
For all contracts teachers are expected to be at their school 20 minutes prior to the start of their first class.

Contract A is the best choice for those wishing to seriously study Chinese or just leave themselves more free time to make the most of their experience in Taiwan.
Contract B is the best choice for making and saving money.
Contract C offers a good combination of income and desirable work hours.
Schools
We have two types of schools Kindergarten schools with pre-school students and Language School for elementary school students and higher. Sometimes the same school will be a combination of both.
Kindergarten
Our kindergarten classes typically run 9AM - 4PM, Monday to Friday. Students are aged between two and six years old.
Language Schools
Language School have a wide range of courses. Students are from 7 to 16 years old and study English on weekday afternoons and evenings and on Saturdays.
Starting Dates
We are recruiting teachers for positions all year round.
However, the majority of starting dates will be as follows for this year, 2008:
Spring: February 20th (closed)
Summer: May 19th (closed)
Fall: July 27th (closed)
Fall: August 4th (closed)
Fall: August 20th (closed)
Winter: November 20th
Teacher will be asked to arrive in Taiwan in time for the above dates to participate in their initial TEFL training before starting to teach.
